For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without clearly explaining what you are paying for.
The Mods Skins for Toca Life World app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, which is the process of removing software restrictions imposed by the official operating system. Doing so could make your device vulnerable to malware or malicious programs, compromise security features, and may cause the app to function improperly or not at all.

The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but VividPlay Studio LLC cannot take responsibility if the app does not function fully due to lack of connectivity or data allowance.
If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider will apply. You may be charged for mobile data usage, including roaming charges if applicable. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
VividPlay Studio LLC is also not responsible for issues caused by device battery failure. You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains sufficiently charged to use the Service.
While we strive to ensure that the app is updated and accurate, we rely on third parties for certain information. VividPlay Studio LLC accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on the app’s functionality.
Updates and Termination
We may update the app from time to time. The app is currently available on iOS, and system requirements may change. You may be required to download updates to continue using the app. VividPlay Studio LLC does not guarantee that the app will always be updated to remain compatible with your device’s operating system.
We may also stop providing the app at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:
